Instrument Panel Lights

Instrument Panel Lights
Hey guys. I'm bought a 2002 Sonata LX V6. It needs quite a bit of work. I'm taking it in for a engine diagnostics soon. When I bought the car, I saw that the instrument panels (speedometer, gas, etc) need to be replaced. I also realized this could be a great opportunity to buy a new panel and change the lights to a different color.
Now, I want to know if this is even possible. What will this task need. How much effort is needed to do this. I've research around and I've seen things as easy as just rotating the bulb to arduous tasks e.g. replacing the bulbs and soldering resistors.
If you guys can send me a link to a video or maybe an instruction guide online so, it would be very helpful!
Thanks!

On a Suzuki forum, one of the guys put in led's in place of the instrument panel lamps, and you gould get blue, red, green, yellow or white, maybe even orange...
I did a search for "Auto Instrument LED" got lots of responses, such as this one:

But do a search, this is just one, there are many
