The problem is that it just does not seem to work. All other functions on the phone work great (except for voice dialing, recognition is spotty at best). When I press the privacy button on the touch screen it mutes the caller and displays a button to go back to the speakerphone but I can't hear the caller on the handset either, nor can he hear me . It's like it puts the call on hold instead of transferring it to the handset

Anybody else have this problem or any idea how to fix it?

My car is a 2011 Sonata Hybrid with nav and phone is a Nokia 6650.
