Has anyone performed a removal of a key cylinder on a 02 Hyundai Sonata? If so, is it easy or difficult. So far I took off the panels under dash and noticed a steel brace bolted and spot welded which blocks the screws from the key cylinder. Can anyone give me any imput on this. Any info is appreciated.

Problem fixed. $150 Locksmith to come and check it out and make me a master key and it fixes the problem. So hopefully this will help you out in case this problem occurs with any of your vehicles.
