Good morning guys, so ran into a problem an thought I knew how to fix it but guess it didn't work. Got in the car to go to work an the radio was stuck on the blue screen. Theres sound an I can control the radio some what from the buttons under the screen. USB port is not working might be from being shaken from the speakers 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. But I pulled the fuse from the box for about 5 hrs. Came back still no change got home undid the fuse again an disconnect both batteries. 1 hr later still no change, is it time for a new radio.
