starter engages randomly

starter engages randomly
09 Sonata, 5 speed, 4 cylinder 72K miles
Over the last few weeks I have had instances where the starter engages randomly for a monent or two as I am shifting. It seems as though I may have a problem with my ignition switch. It only engages during a shift since that is when the clutch is in.
Is this considered drivetrain and therefore covered under warantee?

It is definitely a screwed up ignition switch. When I release the key, after starting, the starter remains engaged. If I twist it counter clockwise a bit, it disengages. It really is annoying and when my wife drives it, she has issues and I am concerned that I will end up knocking teeth off the flywheel if it is not fixed soon.
Is the ignition switch considered "drivetrain"? I hope so as that would be covered by warranty.
If not, how difficult is it to change? If I must replace it, can I keep the same key?

The ignition would be covered under the 5y/60k mile warranty. So it's not covered anymore. If you don't want to go to a dealer, I'd suggest going to a locksmith that deals with automobile locks.
