2005 Tiburon starter location
When I cranked my car this morning, the starter made a grinding sound like I was trying to re-crank while running (if that explains the sound). this afternoon it didn't make the sound. Could someone tell me where the starter is located on my 2005 hyundai tiburon V6, manual transmission, would like to keep it out of the garage if I can. Thank you

Manual trans.... you dont need starter.. just push start the thing.
Radiator side of engine, underneath.. follow the battery cable.. while you gots the starter out, look closely at the crank position sensor' pigtail at sensor body.. the smallest crack of the jacket... replace the sensor,,, easier to do now than after starter put back and the engine dies and wont fire at in-opportune time.

As always, thank you!!, it cranks fine now.. but it made that grinding sound, so to me that is a warning that starter is may be about to go.
At 44,000 miles should jacket or sensor thing have a crack in it?
Again, thanks.. you are appreciated.
