I own a 1998 Hyundai Tiburon so it might be different for the later models.

What you need?

Ratchet Set that goes all the way to 19mm
Jack with Jack Stands

DIY Steps

1. Jack the car up and put the jack stands under it
2. Unscrew the covering (grayish covering) to get access to the alternator belt (10mm socket) (gotta take off the alternator belt to get to the power steering belt).
3. Take off the alternator belt by taking off the support nut bolt (right side of the alternator if on your belly, i believe it's a 13mm socket i believe) and the long screw that's on the bottom of the alternator (13mm socket).
4. Move the alternator up so that the belt is loose
5. Take alternator belt off
6. Take tension off Power Steering Pump by unscrewing the top and bottom screws (13mm sockets for both).
7. Push pump in and the power steering belt should be loose.
8. Take out the old PS Belt and put the new one on (Usage of belt conditioner is optional to make new PS belt installation easier)
9. Put the tension back on the power steering pump to make PS belt tight.
10. Put the alternator belt on first and pull the alternator down so that the belt is properly on before reinstalling support nut bolt.
11. Reinstall support nut bolt.
12. Reinstall the long screw that's on the bottom with the bracket.
13. Reinstall the gray covering on the bottom of the car.
14. Voila Done!

P.S. If you do not know what you are doing, please refrain from doing this DIY project. It can take between 30 mins to an hour if you know what you're doing. Plus, make sure no squeals are heard when the car is started. If squealing is present, make the long screw on the bottom of the alternator tighter (worked for me).
