Default power window not working

hello, living in Canada things naturally get very cold, last week i had to drive my 01tiburon to school in sub zero tempetures and due to my windows fogging up i had to lover my window to see backing up, i then preceded to try and put it back up after i turned around and it wouldn't go back up. i cleared a space in my garage and it has been sitting there ever since. my guess is i snapped a belt, what do you guys think, id like to get the door panel off to get a look but i don't wanna break those damn plastic clips so if anyone could tell me how to get the door panel off that would be appreciated, much thanks R

first find out if its the switch or the motor itself. i have the 01 tibby, i live north of chicago IL and it gets pretty cold there. my windows did something similar, but it was just the switch sticking. if you can hear the window motor, then yes, you snapped a belt, but if you don't hear anything, you probably have a bad or dirty window switch.
