RE: Hyundai trajet 2.0 16v speed sensor
I have no idea what a Trajet is, but many Hyundai models have the speed sensor mounted just on the inside of the steering knuckle on the driver's side. The sensor reads a "tone wheel" or gear mounted between the outside CV joint and the knuckle on the wheel spindle.

ken99,
ive come across the same problem with the speed sensor faulty recently... even after replacing them with new sensors.. yet the faulty returns back..
i just wanted to share my experience with trajet 2.0 who happens to have the speed sensor problem
what i did was cleaned the wire sockets with brake cleaner spray or the degreaser spray to clear those dirt from those sockets- then the problem cease to come out .. what a relief!
hope others can share some more experience for trajets too so we all could share more info
