Low idle on 2006 Tucson
Hey, all. First post here.
I just changed the Throttle Position Sensor on my '06 Tucson Limited. The car idles incredibly smoothly now and the stalling problem has vanished.
However, when idling at a stoplight in Drive, or when slowly cruising through a parking lot, etc., the idle drops to 500-600 RPMs.
Money is tight, so I'm really hoping I don't have to replace the Idle Control Valve.
Has anyone else had this problem? Would cleaning the Idle Control Valve with Gumout spray help, ya think?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
