Default unlock and lock problem ... please help

I have a 2005 Tucson and recently have been having issues with unlocking and locking the vehicle. I have replaced the keyless remote battery and the lone fuse and it still doesn't work completely. When I push the button to either unlock or lock on either the remote or inside the vehicle, I can hear the mechanism clicking but nothing actually happens. It will work occassionally when I'm actually driving, but this is few and far between. When I first noticied this problem, it would lock and unlock fine, but then I would hear it keep clicking over while I was driving, even upwards of 10 minutes after I had locked it and was on the road. Are there other fuses I may need to replace or does anyone know of anything else I can replace myself?

howmany miles are on it? take it to the dealer, i doubt it's a fuse, most likely some relay is going bad or the bcm. just my 2 cents.

I have about 39,000 miles on it. Is this something that the warrenty would cover?

Yes, the warranty pretty much covers everything except wear items (tires, brake pads, etc.) and regular maintenance (oil changes, etc.) for the first 5 years and 60,000 miles, even if you're not the original owner. You can take it to any dealer for the warranty repair; it doesn't have to be the same one that sold it originally.
