2001 XG300L tranny shifting issue

2001 XG300L tranny shifting issue
2001 XG300L transmission seems to click audubly when i shift from park to drive. also when i shbift from reverse to drive. sounds like a loud clunk...but drives fine. and shifts fine no power loss.
can anyone got any suggestions.
