Default XG300 Blower Motor

Think I need to replace the blower motor on my XG300. A/C only comes on if I hit a bump, then stays on until I shut off the car. When its on, it works at all speeds, so I dont think its the resistor. Question is, how hard is it to replace? I found it under/behind the glove box. Just dont want to start a project I cant finish myself. Any help/guidnace would be appreciated.

I have an 01 Sonata that has a vibration in the AC blower motor. I am going to scour the local salvage yards for a replacement. My question is.. Are any of the other make/models of Hyundai car's blower motors interchangeable with the 01 Sonata? Thanks

Check out PartsGeek.com. I have dealt with them several times with excellent results.
