    I located where the ball joint was striking the the inner fender near the shock tower by looking for the dent where they are making contact and cut a rectangle notch there so the suspension can have free movement and it fixes the problem. Check out the sight and sound section here and check out the suspension videos I posted for YouTube. It shows what I did with a blow torch to fix the problem. I had some raised caps made later to cover the notches I made and painted it body color to try to mask what I did. I have no problems with the suspension since. I hope it helps.

    Hi BiggDogg.
    I read your post "Important Info When Lowering NF Sonatas" .
    I ran in to the same problem.
    Could you please explaine what do you mean by saying "I had the shock tower notched with a 2 inch square". Or could you please give more details.
