There is a **** on the top left of the left rear seat back that when pulled releases a lock and allows the seat back to fold forward. My **** has come off and I can't fold the seat forward.

I can't find a way to get at the latch mechanism.

I have the Shop Manual, but it doesn't mention the rear seat latch.

Can anyone help?
