Today I became a new Hyundai family member when I picked up my 2008 Sonata GLS V6. It is going to me my work vehicle mostly (drive approx. 100-200 miles a day). My brother convinced me to go an look at one. I only heard bad things about them in the past. However many owners have expressed their joy for their Sonatas so I took a trip to my local dealer. Boy was I amazed at the quality, power and prices. I was sold and signed the paperwork and now I couldn't be happier. The warranty rocks. Too bad other dealers do not make it a normal for a 10 yr coverage. I am interested in some mods/upgrades too, but haven't found what is available. Well I look forward to reading the posts and learning more.

 

You bought a great car as far as us Sonata Owners are concerned..I have 2 of them and I'm very Happy with both of them...

Thank you. I am loving this vehicle. Now my wife is looking at the Veracruz. I also just installed mud guards I purchased from a dealer linked from this site. It was http://hyundai.autowebaccessories.com/which was a very pleasing and prompt experience. I will be buy more products from them and looking for others. I have meet a lot of Hyundai owners who have had nothing but good things to say about their vehicles. They are all looking to stay in the Hyundai family for future purchases.
