Default Hyundai I30 2011 Electric windows not working

Hi
Any advice on why my passenger front window won’t go down on passenger control but will go up.
On my driver side window I can put down the passenger window but can’t put passenger window up.
The driver side window works fine.

The fact that the window will go up and down would indicate an open in a wire possibly in the hinge area of either door. Both would need to be checked.

Its almost like Hyundai built a back-up, if any connections failed. Personally, I prefer manual windows. However, both our two Elantras, with 135,000 total miles, have never had any problems with the electric windows.

Most likely will be dirty switch contacts or defective switch in the door that's not working. You could tried repeatedly operating the button in hope it cleans up otherwise , replace the switch. I've had switches fail and also stop working from lack of use in mine
