Default New guy - Rich - 2013 Sonata SE - Florida

sup guys and gals...just picked up a 2013 sonata SE this past sunday at napleton in north palm beach, florida. bought the demo car there with 4,300 miles on it with absolutely nothing wrong with it.

definitely not new to the car scene, and not really new to hyundai either. wife has a 2007 tiburon which i've done little mods here & there to it but nothing major. had a 2004 accord ex fully loaded with about 20k invested and i sold it 2 years ago.

i've already got a few plans for the sonata but nothing major until the wife and I are back in our own place (staying at a relative's temporarily)

anywho, the following mods/DIYs are what I plan to do:
-escort radar smartcord for passport 8500
-20% tint and 50% windshield tint
-8000k hid's in low beam and fogs
-LED daytime running lights
-LED reverse lights
-full interior leds, with blue led underdash lighting and in cupholders
-plastidip black front grill, door handles, side trim
-remove sonata badge, plastidip black rear hyundai emblem
-Plastidip *custom color* stock 18" wheels

I already had the dealer remove the pinstripes and rubber doorguards and had them install the OEM rear trunk-lip spoiler. Also installed some 13-LED red turn signals on the rear lights instead of the amber bulbs.

Here are some pics from the past few days and I'll be sure to keep a photo log of the modifications as they go!

Looks nice. I like that color too.
I'm curious. Did you get a really good deal because it was a demonstrator? Hyundai was already offering some pretty decent rebates on the '13 Sonatas.
