Default Orange County Hyundai

I'm Kristin and I work at Tuttle-Click Hyundai in Irvine, Orange County, California. We lurk on these threads sometimes and see questions that go unanswered, or feel like we have something from a dealer perspective that can add to a conversation, so I'll be posting here periodically! Anyone in our area with any sales, service, parts, accessories, or other questions can feel free to contact us at tcagtcc@tuttleclick.net or visit our website at http://www.tuttleclickhyundai.com . We are an authorized Hyundai Equus dealer also, so don't be shy to ask about Hyundai's luxury models.

Kristin. I bought a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata es from Tuttle in November. We bought it through AAA where the customer can work with the "fleet sales" manager instead of the normal rude, pushy, annoying car salesman most people get when buying a car.

We did the same thing with my wifes 2008 Nissan Ultima with they same results.

We worked with the "coach" who you may or maynot know.

Anyway, I have around 3000 miles on it with one trip to Phoenix which we got about 35 MPG!

I'm impressed.

i bought a new Hyundai i20 and is facing a problem that its automatically shifting towards left while driving. I took it to the dealer and they tied to mend it but with no success returned my car saying that alignment is right but its a flaw in design The company is also not helping or giving any suggestions. What should i do ? i m going to file a case against the Hyundai company for not helping me out on my brand new buy.

Really? How did you buy a Hyundai i20 in New York (where you claim to be from in your profile) when the i20 isn't sold in the United States?

So glad you had a great, hassle-free experience! Many customers find shopping with the Fleet Director or Internet Sales Specialist is a less stressful method, and they get a great deal! 35 MPG is fantastic fuel economy! Keep up the maintenance at our Service Department and that should continue! Please do not hesitate to call our Service Manager, Brendan, if you have any questions or concerns (949-472-7474).
