R/C Cars, anyone?
Just wondering, who all on this site is into RC cars? I'm not talking about the $20-$150 Wal-Mart/Toys 'R' Us/(Insert Department or Toy Store here) toy RC car, I'm talking about the hobby level RC's that you can fix when they're broken and upgrade as well. I have 3 myself. I have a Team Losi Mini-T with the ball bearing upgrade kit, street tires, and Trinity Micro Monster Motor(stock). For larger electrics, I have a Team Losi XXX-T with graphite a-arms, bulk heads, and shock towers, a lightened aluminum motor plate, RPM diff. gear cover, RPM wide front bumper, Reedy Modifieds 15T motor(in truck now), Trinity Chameleon I 19T Spec motor(not in truck), and a Race Prep 27T stock motor(also not in truck). Finally, when the urge for something super fast comes, I break out my Team Associated RC10GT nitro stadium truck which currently has the stock .15 AE/Thunder Tiger engine, Venom Fail Safe, Aluminum shock towers, MIP CVD's, RPM chrome wheels, Pro-Line Dirt Works tires, and a Traxxas on board head temp guage. If you wanna see them, you can find them on my RC website here. Now let's see who else is into them.

No offense meant. I only posted this thread because people interested in the ones like I mentioned above are somewhat few and far between(unless you know where to look) and I'm trying to find out who's into RC's and Hyundais. Everyone has one of those Vipers(inlcuding myself). I appologize if I offended you or anyone else. I'm just interested in who's into the hobby level RC's.

That's cool, I figured that you were just kidding. Just putting in my defense anyway.
Yeah, they can be expensive. I probably have close to $2k in my 3, and I just dropped nearly $300 into replacement parts and upgrades for my RC10GT. I'm gonna have to drop more into them soon to get a new bag to carry them all in, plus new wheels/tires for the GT, etc... Like I said, they ain't cheap, but they are so much friggin fun. In it's current form, my GT can hit about 40mph, and one of the parts that I just ordered was a more powerful motor, so it should be able to do about 45-50 soon, definitely so slug.
