i20 Bluetooth phone connection

i20 Bluetooth phone connection
Hi
I have a 2010 i20 comfort and have just got a new samsung Galaxy Ace phone.
The phone conects to bluetooth and says that it is downloading phone book.
When I try to use phone it will work if I put in a number but will not pick up names from phonebook.
I have contacted Hyundai, TMobile and Samsung who all say it is someone elses problem.
Has anyone had same problem and how was it resolved
