To freshen up the looks of the car under the hood I decided to repaint the engine cover. Since I'm gonna repaint the car back the original white it was the only sensible color to go with. The "V", "6", 3.3", and Hyundai emblems can be pryed off since they are held on with small pegs on the emplems and holes in the cover itself but they can easily break so I had to be careful. I already coated the engine cover with black primer after sanding it with 800-grit sand paper so it can stick. I started with my first of two coats of flat whit Krylon automotive spray can paint.
